About the autonomous non-profit organization

The autonomous non-profit organization "Competence Center in the field of agricultural cooperation and support for farmers in the Republic of Mari El" was established in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Mari El dated May 27, 2019 No. 169. The functions and powers of the founder of the Competence Center are carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Mari El.

The main activity of the Competence Center is to ensure the creation and (or) development of small and medium-sized businesses in the field of agriculture, including peasant (farm) enterprises, agricultural cooperatives, and citizens leading personal subsidiary plots in rural areas of the Republic of Mari El.

The supreme governing body of the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Competence Center in the field of agricultural cooperation and support of farmers in the Republic of Mari El" is the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Mari El.

The permanent supreme collegiate governing body of the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Competence Center in the field of agricultural cooperation and support of farmers in the Republic of Mari El" is the Supervisory Board of the Competence Center.

The sole executive body is the head of the Autonomous non-profit organization "Competence Center in the field of agricultural cooperation and support for farmers in the Republic of Mari El".
