The objectives of the Foundation are: assistance in the implementation of the state industrial policy on the territory of the Republic of Mari El; implementation of measures to stimulate activities in the industrial sector by providing its subjects with financial support; information, analytical and consulting support for the activities of subjects in the industry. The subject of the Fund's activity is the provision of financial and informational and consulting support to republican industrial enterprises in order to organize new industries, modernize existing industries, introduce available technologies and import substitution in the industry, create new jobs, organize and assist in solving regional innovation programs and projects aimed at for the development of the industrial potential of the Republic of Mari El. The Fund offers preferential terms for financing projects aimed at the development of new high-tech products, technical re-equipment and the creation of competitive industries based on the best available technologies. The Industry Development Fund provides state support measures - preferential loan co-financing. Financing of industrial enterprises under the program "Development Projects" is carried out by providing a targeted loan on a reimbursable and repayable basis. Loan term - no more than 5 years. The total budget of the project is at least 10 million rubles. The interest rate on provided targeted loans ranges from 3 to 5%. The loan amount can be from 5 to 30 million rubles.
