The main activities of the fund are:
- providing microloans to small and medium-sized businesses (up to 10 percent per annum);
- provision of guarantees for obligations (credits, loans, leasing agreements, etc.) to small and medium-sized businesses and organizations that form the infrastructure for supporting small and medium-sized businesses;
- representing the interests of small and medium-sized businesses in government bodies;
- provision of information and methodological support to small and medium-sized businesses;
- assistance in the formation and development of market relations based on state support for small and medium-sized businesses by attracting and effectively using financial resources for the implementation of state programs (subprograms), projects and events.
